We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Newgen platforms to support operational transformation initiatives within the banking sector. The role focuses on workflow automation, process optimization, document management, and low-code application development. The ideal candidate will bring strong domain knowledge in Banking and Financial Services, along with proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution delivery using Newgen BPM platforms such as iBPS, OmniDocs, BAM, O2MS, or similar modules.
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, solution architects, and development teams to deliver automation and operational efficiency across key banking areas, including Trade Finance, Credit Approval and Lending, Loan Origination, Customer Onboarding, and Account Opening and Maintenance.
