• Running discovery workshops to capture current ("as-is") processes and the pain points that come with them.
• Documenting and designing improved ("to-be") processes across the affected business areas.
• Gathering, analysing, and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Supporting the evaluation and recommendation of replacement solutions for two legacy systems.
• Supporting ERP scoping activities, including requirements gathering, vendor evaluation, and fit-gap analysis.
• Contributing to implementation: testing, data migration validation, training, and documentation.
• Liaising between business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors and consultants.
• Providing hands-on support through roll-out and stabilisation.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in business analysis, process mapping, or ERP and business application projects.
• ERP implementation experience across the full lifecycle (pre, during, and post go-live) is ideal.
• Strong stakeholder management, with the credibility to work across trades, engineers, functional leads, finance, and senior leadership.
• Familiarity with system implementation lifecycles: discovery, design, testing, go-live.
• The ability to capture and document requirements clearly and turn them into actionable outcomes.
• Proficiency with Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel for process and requirements documentation.
• Broad, adaptable experience. This program moves quickly and priorities will shift.
