JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in business analysis or a related field with a strong focus on data analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, ETL processes, and database design.
  • Experience working within Agile frameworks is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to provide actionable insights.
  • Utilize SQL, R, Python, and other programming languages for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by defining project scope and objectives.
  • Apply Agile methodologies to manage projects effectively and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Create detailed documentation including process maps using Visio, database designs, and user guides.
  • Support database management activities with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and Talend.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
