SUMMARY:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Systems Consulting. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Technology Business Systems Consulting challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Experience developing business requirements and the identification of business and operational impacts associated to a given set of changes.
• Financial services background (required).
• Experience in Real Time Payments and how they work (required).
• Experience with ACH projects and ability to demonstrate the process.
• Payment mapping experience.
• Experience with creating business requirements documentation or creating test scripts
• Experience in business support and relevant skills within the job requirements.
• Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems
• Knowledge of payments operational/technical processing generally and Real Time Payments (RTP) and/or Zelle networks (preferred).
• Experience working in an agile environment, implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery mind-set.
• Previous Agile experience as a product owner, or knowledge of Agile methodology and Agile tools, including JIRA and Confluence.

• Working on a project will need understanding of tech specifications and understanding of the processing flow to be able to create the business requirements to drive development.
• Support testing of systems development through the creation and execution of test scripts.
• Assist testing the New Instant Payment system.
• Create User stories.
• Write requirements, test scripts, and validation.
• Read through specifications for potential changes to the payment rail.
• Payment mapping specifications.
