Job DescriptionWithin the People Tech team, we are hiring for a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Recruitment. This role sits at the heart of our Recruit-to-Hire landscape and plays a key role in improving recruitment processes, systems, and data quality across Rituals.You will work closely with HR stakeholders, recruiters, and technical teams to translate business needs into clear requirements, support process improvements, and ensure high-quality system solutions that support the full recruitment lifecycle.Meet the TeamYou will join the People Tech team, a close-knit group of around 10 professionals. The team drives impactful HR technology initiatives and works across business and technical domains to continuously improve the employee experience. You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative environment where ownership, clarity, and impact matter.Your Focus: Recruitment DomainIn this role, you will focus on end-to-end Recruitment processes, analyzing both master and transactional data, mapping data flows, and identifying process inefficiencies. You will help strengthen our Recruit-to-Hire landscape by improving systems, data quality, and ways of working together with the business.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate business requirements, functional specifications, and analysis documentationMap end-to-end recruitment data flows and identify gaps or inconsistenciesAnalyze recruitment processes and recommend data-driven improvementsSupport process improvements and validate solutions before rolloutWork closely with HR and recruitment stakeholders to translate needs into system enhancementsQualificationsWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who enjoys working with complex processes, HR systems, and data structures. You take ownership, bring clarity, and feel comfortable navigating between business and technology.Must-haves:4+ years of experience in HR, HR systems, or a related fieldExperience with Recruitment systems (ATS, CMS, Workday Recruiting or similar)Solid understanding of business analysis methods and process documentationAbility to translate business needs into functional requirementsTechnical affinity with enterprise systems, integrations, and data managementAbility to drive decisions using data and process insightsSoft skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environmentClear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersCollaborative, proactive working styleLocation and Working ConditionsAt Rituals, we believe in the power of connection: with ourselves, each other, and the world around us.
