BUSINESS ANALYST

We’re looking for smart, analytical, and curious individuals to join our Presales Analytics team as Business Analysts. If you’re excited by working with real client data, turning analysis into business impact, and influencing how leading retailers make decisions—this could be your role.
RELEX is transforming retail and supply chain planning with smart, AI-driven software used by some of the world’s biggest retailers. Our Presales Analytics team helps prospective customers see the value of our platform—through data analysis, tailored demos, and business cases that clearly show how we deliver results.
As a Business Analyst, you’ll bring analytical insights to life: you’ll dive deep into client data, identify key areas of improvement, and reveal the value that RELEX Solutions can provide. You’ll then help turn your insights into compelling business cases to be presented to client stakeholders. Its hands-on work, collaborating closely with sales teams, and directly impacting the confidence and trust our future customers place in us.
We have multiple roles available across our product areas (Forecasting & Replenishment, Manufacturing, Pricing & Promotions) so while we’ll assign successful candidates according to suitability and business needs, feel free to highlight any specific experience or interest in your application.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze large client datasets to identify performance gaps and business opportunities
  • Configure RELEX software to simulate optimized client performance, analyzing and root causing the impact on client KPIs
  • Build tailored solution demos using RELEX software
  • Support sales and presales teams with RFP responses and business case development
  • Communicate insights clearly to both technical and commercial audiences
  • Present findings to internal and external stakeholders at many levels
  • Contribute to improving our internal analytical tools, processes, and workflows
