BUSINESS ANALYST - REGULATORY TRANSFORMATION PROJECT

FinXL is currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a major regulatory transformation program within a leading enterprise business. This high-impact initiative focuses on strengthening internal processes, governance, and compliance frameworks.
As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in translating regulatory obligations into actionable change, working across customer service, sales, credit, and collections operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive meaningful improvements to business processes, risk controls, and operational compliance.

• Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements from key stakeholders
• Map and analyse current-state (as-is) business processes
• Define and document improved future-state (to-be) processes aligned with regulatory expectations
• Perform gap analysis, root cause assessments, and validate proposed solutions
• Work collaboratively with legal, compliance, IT, and operations teams
• Assist in identifying risks and designing appropriate controls to mitigate them
