We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. Why is this role so important at Similarweb? We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our high-impact RevOps team, specializing in Rep performance tracking, Headcount planning and commission analysis . In this role, you will make a direct impact on our business performance, managing key performance indicators and executing strategic analysis for our Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives. So, what will you be doing all day? Monitor and report on revenue KPIs, identifying trends and recommending adjustments to enhance performance. Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and analysis using BI tools, CRM systems and Google Sheets to track and optimize operational processes and overall business performance. Take the lead in setting revenue targets and collaborating with cross-functional teams for yearly revenue goal planning. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by consistently validating and updating datasets, while actively contributing to the improvement of our data infrastructure. Identify areas for improvement based on data analysis inspired by our vision & strategy for the business. Utilize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various databases. Collaborate with the data engineering team to optimize and automate data extraction processes. Provide Ad hoc analysis support for ongoing business needs.
