Responsibilities

As our IT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding our business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements for projects and initiatives.
  • Process Mapping & Improvement: Document current processes, identify areas for enhancement, and work with teams to design and implement more efficient workflows.
  • Driving Change: Facilitate communication and collaboration across business units to ensure alignment on project objectives through workshops and one-on-one sessions.
  • Business Change & Readiness: Support the adoption of new functionalities, ensuring a smooth transition to business-as-usual operations.
  • Governance: Maintain project documentation and assist in coordinating project activities to meet milestones and deliverables.
