In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering and documenting requirements, analysing business processes, and ensuring business needs are translated into clear functional solutions. A major focus of the position will be supporting the implementation and integration of e-commerce platforms with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The ideal candidate will have proven Business Analysis experience within digital transformation programmes, strong stakeholder management skills, and previous involvement in Dynamics 365 and e-commerce projects. The Role:

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements
• Lead stakeholder workshops and facilitate business discussions
• Support the implementation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
• Analyse current and future business processes, producing process maps and gap analyses
• Work closely with development, testing and project delivery teams
• Support UAT, change management and user adoption activities
