You’ll work closely with teams across Group Risk, helping prepare our ways of working for AI enablement and future efficiency. With strong visibility across senior risk leadership, this role suits someone ready to influence beyond their immediate remit and deliver change that sticks. We have a permanent and max term contract opportunities available and open to candidates based in Naarm (Melbourne), Gadigal Country (Sydney) or Meanjin (Brisbane). What You’ll Do Re‑engineer risk and compliance processes end to end, working with teams to identify friction and design clearer, outcome‑focused future states. Facilitate workshops and conversations that surface how work really happens, including undocumented steps and workarounds. Translate regulatory and risk requirements into practical operating models, roles, controls and accountabilities. Create clear process maps, requirements and transition plans that support AI enablement and efficiency outcomes. Partner with senior leaders across Group Risk, building trust and momentum during change. Track delivery progress, risks and dependencies, contributing clear insights to governance and leadership forums. What You’ll Bring Experience in process improvement, re‑engineering or business analysis within risk, compliance or regulated environments. Ability to break down complex processes and redesign them in a way people can actually use. Confidence facilitating conversations with peers and leaders, even when topics feel sensitive. Strong analytical skills and comfort working through detail. Experience documenting processes or operating models using formal tools. Curiosity about how AI can improve processes and ways of working. Exposure to Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies, such as Green or Black Belt.
