Job: BA Risk Domain: Insurance India – Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad/Gurgaon/Chennai/Mumbai Experience: 7+ Years Job Description: Role Purpose: We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to lead business change initiatives with strong expertise in contract management, enterprise risk management, stakeholder engagement, and business analysis. The ideal candidate will drive measurable business outcomes by combining analytical rigor, market awareness, regulatory understanding, and structured change governance. This role requires strong commercial acumen, critical thinking, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while ensuring risk-managed and compliant delivery of business initiatives. Key Responsibilities Contract & Risk Governance Lead Contract Management including risk identification, compliance tracking, and performance monitoring. Manage Operational and Enterprise Risk Management frameworks. Oversee Issue & Risk Event Management, including escalation and mitigation planning. Manage risk in change initiatives, ensuring proper governance and controls. Ensure alignment with Legal and Regulatory Compliance requirements. Develop and monitor Risk & Control frameworks. Business Change & Readiness Define and articulate clear business outcomes aligned with strategic objectives. Drive Business Readiness activities to ensure successful implementation of change. Apply market and business knowledge to shape and deliver transformation initiatives. Conduct Environmental Analysis to assess internal and external business factors.
