The role involves analysing financial adjustments and understanding their impact on regulatory reporting processes. Gather and analyse meaningful information on manual ledger adjustments performed by Product Control teams. Investigate and assess the impact of adjustments on regulatory reporting, with a particular focus on Counterparty Credit Risk and Liquidity. Classify, structure and present information in a clear and insightful way for management stakeholders. Collaborate with Product Controllers to identify root causes of adjustments and trace them back to underlying data quality issues. Build a strong understanding of how financial adjustments affect regulatory reporting. Propose process improvements and enhanced solutions to strengthen data flows into regulatory reporting. Required Skills and Experience Strong analytical skills and a business-focused mindset. Well-organised and methodical approach to work. Experience in Product Control or Product Control change delivery. Experience in regulatory reporting, particularly Counterparty Credit Risk. Knowledge of process mapping and control frameworks.
