Responsibilities
  • Provides input, and assists with development and management of acquisition related documents, such as Program Management Plans, Acquisition Program Baselines, Acquisition Life Cycle Tailoring Plans.
  • Assists with implementation of Risk, Opportunity, and Issue Management for Non-Major Acquisition Program.
  • Assists with Change Management and managing a document repository in MS TEAMS and SharePoint..
  • Assists with development of high-level program briefings and correspondence.
  • Manages program schedule including preparation of briefing charts showing dependencies and major program milestones.
  • Risk Management
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize potential risks to the organization, including operational, financial, and strategic risks.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans to minimize exposure.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management plans and adjust them as necessary.
  • Program Plan
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution and resource optimization across program activities.
  • Establish clear program goals, deliverables, and KPIs to measure progress and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Enterprise Architecture Board
  • Lead the Enterprise Architecture Board (EAB) in defining and enforcing the organization’s architectural vision, principles, and standards to ensure alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
  • Oversee the review, approval, and governance of architectural designs, ensuring that they are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
  • Provide strategic guidance on the integration of emerging technologies and innovations within the existing enterprise architecture.
  • Acquisition Decision Event
  • Oversee the development and execution of acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, and timelines.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between stakeholders, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure a holistic approach to acquisition decisions.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership regarding acquisition opportunities, risks, and benefits
