POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with BlackRock Aladdin expertise to support and enhance the Aladdin platform for our financial services clients. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to implement, customize, and integrate Aladdin solutions, ensuring seamless adoption and optimal performance across portfolio management and trading operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience with BlackRock Aladdin platform, including configuration, implementation, and support.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio management, trading workflows, and investment operations.
  • Expertise in OMS/EMS platforms and electronic trading systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in financial services domain (asset management, banking, investment management) preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into Aladdin solutions.
  • Configure and customize the Aladdin platform to meet client-specific needs.
  • Lead and support Aladdin implementation and integration projects, ensuring alignment with existing systems and processes.
  • Apply deep knowledge of the Life of a Trade, including Portfolio Management, Trade Execution, Data Control & Operations, and Portfolio Administration.
  • Provide expertise in order and execution management systems (OMS/EMS) and electronic trading platforms.
  • Support users with issue resolution, enhancements, and platform optimization.
  • Document workflows, maintain a knowledge base, and deliver training to business and technical teams.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders (PMO, trading desks, technology teams, operations) to ensure business objectives are met.
