As part of a direct placement service, we are seeking a Business Analyst (m/f/d) for life insurance for our client.

Task:

• System support: You will provide professional and technical support for the inventory management system "PSLife" and all peripheral systems in requirements and incident management.
• Process analysis: You translate complex life insurance processes into precise technical requirements and conduct thorough error analyses.
• Interface management: You are responsible for managing error and request tickets towards the external IT service provider.
• Documentation: You communicate, document and maintain system descriptions, work instructions and training materials for PSLife.
• Knowledge transfer: You prepare internal user training sessions, conduct them independently, and follow up on the results.
• Project work: You actively participate in inventory migration projects, such as in the area of ​​implementation management.

Qualification:

• Professional experience: You bring several years of experience in the field of life insurance (private customer and occupational pension business).
• Expertise: You possess in-depth professional and technical knowledge of the business processes in life insurance.
• System knowledge: You have sound experience with PSLife or comparable life insurance systems.
• Analytical strength: You think analytically and can present complex topics simply to internal and external colleagues.
• Service orientation: They embody the service-oriented mindset for internal departments and take great pleasure in knowledge transfer.
• Demeanor: They act confidently, especially when managing the external IT service provider.
• Soft skills: You possess strong organizational and time management skills as well as empathetic teamwork skills.
• Tool competence: You are proficient in using collaborative work management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Additional qualification: Ideally, you have experience with business process management tools such as ADONIS or AENEIS.
• Language skills: You have very good German skills, both spoken and written (at least level C1).
