Role Overview The Province of New Brunswick is seeking an experienced Business Analyst BA3 / Clinical Informatics Analyst to support a large-scale clinical standardization and digital health transformation initiative. The successful candidate will work closely with clinical experts, healthcare providers, project teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to gather and validate business and clinical requirements, conduct gap and process analysis, facilitate workshops, develop use cases and solution documentation, and support the implementation of a Clinical Information System (CIS).
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in acute care digital health transformation, EHR/CIS implementations, clinical documentation, therapeutic services, clinical workflow analysis, and healthcare business analysis, with excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
