Description

Identity empowers lives. Whether it’s accessing financial services, securing digital communications or opening online accounts, the modern digital world needs reliable identity verification.

ABOUT US

At IDVerse, our purpose is to empower true identity for people around the world so that everyone can pursue the goals that they are entitled to achieve. We are the first and only company to achieve “four nines” (99.99%) accuracy in independent lab testing. We pioneered the use of generative AI and synthetic media to train deep neural network systems with Zero Bias AI™ which protects against discrimination based on race, age and gender. Through our advancements in the field of Natural Vision Processing (NVP), we’re teaching machines to autonomously see and perceive like humans, and excel in ways that people cannot.

THE POSITION

The IDKit Business Analyst will be a pivotal, go-to person for the IDKit development team, working closely with the IDKit Product Manager, Delivery Manager / Scrum Master and the wider Design and Development Team, owning product requirement refinement and documentation, to help to launch and grow our SAAS Identity Verification Platform globally.
This position is ideal for a self-starter looking for career growth. We offer opportunities to develop by providing mentorship and hands-on experience to help you progress in your career. As we continue to scale, we are committed to investing in our team’s development and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Delivery Manager, UX/UI team, and developers to create detailed feature requirements, including Epics, User Stories & AC ensuring they are ready for development.

  • Facilitate refinement workshops with stakeholders to deeply understand client and business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain end-user-facing technical (API) and non technical documentation for product releases and documentation.

  • Act as the go-to person for product requirement questions, working with the Product Manager as needed.
  • Work asynchronously with distributed teams across different time zones.
  • Maintain an agile mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
