Busch Vacuum Solutions has an immediate direct hire opportunity open for a Business Analyst – Sales Enablement at our headquarters in Virginia Beach, Virginia!
The Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Sales Excellence Journey by analyzing sales performance, identifying growth opportunities, and providing data-driven insights that improve our go-to-market strategies. This position will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations to drive decision-making, optimize CRM usage, and strengthen commercial execution.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field: Required
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills: Required
  • Experience with CRM systems (SAP preferred): Required
  • Proficiency in Excel, Macros, and Power BI: Required
  • 2+ years of business analysis, sales operations, or related experience: Preferred

PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, adaptable attitude toward new challenges.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability and willingness to pass a 10-panel drug screen and 7-year criminal history check
  • Most felonies are a disqualifier; misdemeanors are considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Must be willing and able to utilize all required PPE when visiting production areas
  • Willingness to travel domestically for training and collaboration (minimal)
  • Valid Driver’s License that meets Busch insurance standards

Responsibilities
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, including new orders, backlog, hit rates, funnel health, and performance trends.
  • Provide insights on win/loss drivers, customer segmentation, and high-potential markets.
  • Maintain and update customer categorization models to support account management strategies.
  • Develop dashboards and tools that help sales teams prioritize opportunities and allocate resources.
  • Support pricing and commercial strategies by monitoring price realization, margins, and discount impacts.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to provide recommendations on market penetration strategies.
  • Contribute to SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) processes with accurate demand forecasts.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy, optimize reporting, and provide training to sales teams on best practices.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement dashboards, sales playbooks, and training resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on commercial priorities, streamline processes, and support new product launches.
