Description

We are opening a position of Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud to support the ongoing digital transformation efforts of our client based in Geneva.

  • Analyze and translate business needs related to customer service into tailored Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
  • Lead workshops and gather detailed functional requirements from various stakeholders.
  • Design optimized processes and user journeys within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Provide hands-on configuration and support for Salesforce Service Cloud and related modules such as Field Service Management.
  • Act as a key point of contact between business teams and development resources.
  • Support system integration efforts and contribute to solution testing and validation.
  • Deliver training materials and user documentation for newly implemented features.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of deployed solutions through feedback analysis and performance monitoring.
  • At least 7 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in customer support or service-related domains.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Experience with Field Service Management and other Salesforce modules is a strong asset.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive innovation through technology.
  • Fluent in French/English or German/English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills and experience interfacing with senior stakeholders.
