Business Analyst

Outside IR35

Location: South East England. Hybrid working with up to 2 days per week onsite.

Contract: Initial 4 months with strong likelihood of extension through to November 2027.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major transformation programme focused on the Deposit Return Scheme.

This role will support the delivery of system changes and reconfiguration work to ensure business processes and technology are aligned with programme requirements.

Key requirements:

* Proven Business Analyst experience on business or systems change programmes.

* Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.

* Experience working across systems, processes and operational change.

* Background within retail or hospitality environments preferred.

* Exposure to supply chain or logistics is essential.

* Comfortable working as part of a wider programme team alongside Project Managers and technical stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst with strong change and systems experience to join a long-term transformation programme with significant business impact.
