You'll gain hands-on experience across analytics, data engineering, business transformation, and software development, working closely with senior leaders while building expertise in a modern data stack. The RoleAs a Graduate Data Analyst, you will work as part of the technical team, supporting a range of analytics, engineering, and business transformation projects.Responsibilities include:Developing reports and dashboards using SQL and Looker
  • Supporting data engineering projects by integrating and transforming data from multiple sources
  • Working with tools including DBT, Python, Databricks, and Azure
  • Assisting with data modelling and reporting initiatives that support key business decisions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
  • Contributing to software and process automation projects
  • Supporting business system implementations and operational improvement programmes
  • Gaining exposure to data science projects as your skills develop
  • Your Skills & ExperienceDegree in a STEM-related subject
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exposure to SQL, Python, data analysis, or related technical tools through academic or personal projects
  • Genuine interest in data, technology, and business transformation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-moving environment
  • What They OfferSalary of £35,000 plus bonus
  • Enhanced salary of £37,500 plus bonus for PhD graduates
