JOB SUMMARY

The role of Business Analyst in the Account Acquisition department is pivotal for identifying opportunities, streamlining processes, ensuring that processes are efficient, data-driven by leveraging data to improve performance effectively, and aligned with the organization’s strategic goals for acquiring new customers and accounts. KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Aptitude to identifying issues and developing efficient solutions.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools, SQL and other relevant software.

WORK EXPERIENCE/PRIOR KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Some experience or solid knowledge in programming. Experience in SQL is ideal.
  • Excellent management of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access) and Power BI.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Programming, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or similar.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with stakeholders (example: Business Development, Finance) to understand business needs and gather requirements for new account acquisition strategies.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of business needs.
  • Proactively monitor and assess changes within the organization and effectively communicate findings and recommendations by facilitating meetings and presentations.
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements and create detailed specifications for project execution.
  • Analyze data related to current customer acquisition processes to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Complete monthly reports that summarize New Business Volume and its characteristics, including the calculation of Key Indicators such as BTA%, BTL%, Approval Rate by Program, Dealer Designation, and other Segmentations.
  • Contribute to generating, validating, and sort databases used as the source of information for data analysis in the Account Acquisition Department.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and potential areas for growth.
  • Identifying potential target segments for account acquisition and formulate strategies tailored to each segment.
  • Propose possible ideas of solutions, procedures, campaigns, and protocols to increase new volume in a sensible manner that takes into consideration Risk.
  • Automate processes that will efficiently reduce their time completion. Recommend and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
