JOB DESCRIPTION

• Position Title: Business Analyst (SAP B1)
• Working Location: Commonwealth
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $6,000 + Phone Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

• Manage SAP Business One projects.
• Conduct business requirements analysis, review clients’ existing systems, and recommend improvements based on SAP B1 features and functions.
• Document findings from business requirements studies.
• Collaborate with in-house technical consultants to design add-on solutions that meet customers’ business and operational needs.
• Provide customer training and support to enhance user skills in effectively navigating and utilizing the systems.
• Transfer project responsibilities to the in-house support team upon completion.
• Attend training sessions led by senior consultants or project managers to stay updated on new features and technologies for SAP B1.
