We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our SAP HCM and Successfactors system by managing tickets, overseeing enhancement projects, coordinating testing with users, and handling release management and planning. The candidate will work closely with two other technical team members and ABAP developers to ensure our HR systems are optimized and running smoothly.

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP HCM Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules and functionalities.
• Experience with ticketing systems and managing system enhancements.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
• Understanding of ABAP development
