About the Role As a Business Analyst – SAP ISU, you will make an impact by driving business process transformation and delivering innovative solutions for our Energy & Utilities clients. You will be a valued member of the Energy & Utilities Consulting team, collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and clients to optimize Meter-to-Cash (M2C) processes and enhance operational efficiency. In this role, you will: Lead requirements gathering and documentation for business and functional needs related to SAP ISU and M2C processes. Analyze current (AS-IS) business process flows, identify gaps, and propose TO-BE solutions leveraging SAP ISU capabilities. Design and document business process flow diagrams, working closely with business and IT stakeholders. Perform functional configuration and integration within SAP ISU billing and related modules. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication. Facilitate collaboration meetings with stakeholders in billing operations, collections, and bill presentment to capture requirements for SAP ISU implementation. Oversee utility billing and invoicing processes in SAP ISU, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Develop and execute test strategies and user acceptance testing for SAP ISU solutions. Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including business and functional specifications. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and system functionality. What you must have to be considered Minimum 15 years of IT industry experience, with a strong background in SAP ISU and Meter-to-Cash (M2C) processes. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent experience. Proven hands-on experience in Energy & Utilities domain, specifically with SAP ISU billing, invoicing, customer service, and device management. Expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, and creating JIRA user stories. Knowledge of system development lifecycles and methodologies (e.g., Agile). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex issues. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL. Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Qmetry). Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. These will help you succeed Experience leading process improvement initiatives in the Energy & Utilities sector. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in utility billing. Advanced certification in SAP ISU or related modules. Demonstrated ability to drive change and deliver results in complex environments. Strong organizational and time management skills.
