Today, we are entering a key phase of transformation, moving from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our logistics and supply chain processes within SAP, while ensuring smooth business operations.
We are looking for a Business Analyst SAP – Logistics Modules to take ownership of these critical functions and play a leading role in our ERP transformation. You will join a team of 13 Business Analysts, where you will be the key expert on logistics SAP modules, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and our SAP implementation partner. You will work in tandem with a team member on this project.

Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business & Process Analysis: gather requirements, assess business needs, and propose SAP solutions to optimize logistics workflows.
  • SAP S/4HANA Migration Support: contribute to the migration strategy, support system configuration, and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Operational Stability & Continuous Improvement: ensure SAP logistics modules (MM, SD, EWM, TM) function optimally while identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Testing & User Adoption: Lead functional testing, support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and provide end-user training.
  • Collaboration & Change Management: act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and our SAP implementation partner to ensure alignment.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and drive the SAP logistics roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Support the transition to S/4HANA, ensuring a smooth migration and business continuity.
  • Optimize and evolve logistics processes using SAP best practices.
  • Act as the main point of contact between business teams, IT, and external SAP consultants
