Description
The role is for a Business Analyst / Scrum Master, responsible for supporting teams operating within the Legal and Compliance space. The individual acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, focusing on Assurance & Legal applications. Work closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, gather documentation, and ensure clarity. Collaborate with technology teams to interpret and translate requirements into actionable development tasks. Manage end-to-end delivery of requests using Agile methodology. Maintain documentation including business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and UAT materials. Support SDLC processes, including coordination, tracking, and reporting. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement). Track team progresses and remove impediments. Use tools like Jira, Excel, Confluence, etc., to monitor deliverables. Ensure strong communication between business stakeholders and development teams. 5+ years of Strong experience as a Business Analyst / Scrum Master in an Agile environment. 5+ years of Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and understanding of project frameworks. 5+ years of Experience preparing requirements documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and UAT scripts. 5+ years of Experience in requirements translation, workflow analysis, process design, and use-case. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliverables. Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders across levels. Familiarity with Jira, dashboards, and status reporting. Ability to influence, collaborate, and drive alignment across teams. Provide business analysis coverage for Assurance and Legal Technology initiatives. Translate business requirements into technical specifications/documentation. Promote Agile culture, values, and principles across the organization.
