Our client is a multinational software company with offices in Germany, France, Japan and Spain (Valencia, Barcelona and Madrid). They develop technological products specialized in the financial and insurance sectors. We are looking for 3 Business Analysts to join the Consulting team in the Madrid office. What will be your responsibilities? Be part of the consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, mainly insurance companies. Perform business analysis, define functional requirements, test developed solutions, and support UAT. Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis. Be an active member of an agile team and take responsibility for your topics. Challenge yourself in different roles by performing diverse tasks in an international environment. What do we expect from you? At least 2 years of experience in IT projects for the financial sector insurance A bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business, economics, computer science, or related fields. Very high/bilingual level of English and Spanish (C1–C2). Understanding of agile ways of working. Proven ability to apply intuitive and analytical reasoning to tackle complex problems. Ability to work in Spain and the European Union full-time. What do we offer you?
