As a Business Analyst Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting business and technology transformation projects for leading Insurance organizations across Life & Health, P&C, Retirement & Investments, Creditor, and Institutional lines of business.
This role is suited for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with deep business analysis and insurance industry expertise. You will act as a trusted advisor to client executives, lead critical workstreams, mentor junior team members, and deliver actionable insights that connect business and technology to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Insurance clients, helping define and execute transformation agendas across business models, operating models, and technology roadmaps
  • Establish strong, collaborative relationships with client senior leadership, ensuring alignment of strategy, project progress, and long-term goals
  • Lead teams to deliver high-quality solutions, while mentoring and developing team members in areas such as data analysis, requirements gathering, and project management
  • Independently own deliverables and manage workstreams, providing subject matter expertise on insurance industry trends, regulations, and best practices
  • Gather and translate complex requirements into actionable user stories, EPICs, and structured processes that drive customer and stakeholder impact
  • Create compelling, executive-level presentations and insights through storytelling and data visualization
  • Guide quantitative analysis and research to shape recommendations, highlight opportunities, and drive measurable outcomes
