Responsibilities

To provide support to the business unit by:

  • Acting as a Product Owner between business and the Systems/IT department by breaking down features into user stories and ensuring that user stories are clearly defined and well understood Clarity in communication is an essential component of this function.
  • Lead requirement gathering and story mapping workshops with stakeholders.
  • Manage, refine and prioritise the product backlog to enable effective planning with the Scrum team.
  • Taking ownership of the development process on behalf of the Business by actively participating in all Agile events to help the team achieve its goals.
  • Under limited supervision undertakes specialist feasibility analysis, evaluations or business projects.
  • Gives feedback on deliver plans and assists with impact analysis.
  • May research and prepare reports on related subjects.
  • Can move easily to understand different business units.
  • Business Analyst Team Leader.
  • Collaborate and Plan prioritized deliverables with the manager for Project work and Business As Usual items.
  • Quality Assurance of all Business Analysis done to ensure correctness and completeness.
