Company Summary: Enterprise Engineering Services, LLC (EES) of Marlton, NJ is looking to hire a full-time Business Analyst to support FAA efforts in Reston / Herndon, VA.
Position Summary: EES is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support FAA modernization efforts. This role gathers and analyzes business requirements, facilitates stakeholder communication, and supports solution design to meet operational and strategic goals. The analyst will develop process models and recommend improvements to ensure alignment with FAA objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Senior:
  • Education: BS/BA
  • Experience: 8+ years
  • Experience gathering and analyzing business and system requirements
  • Proficiency in process modeling and workflow optimization
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
  • Familiarity with FAA operational goals and modernization initiatives
  • Ability to support solution design and documentation
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools and reporting frameworks
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
