YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Supporting users and stakeholders in gathering needs and translating them into clear, actionable requirements;
• Participating in workshops to define business processes and project scope, working closely with project leads;
• Writing structured functional and technical specifications for system evolutions and fixes;
• Executing test plans, including integration and user acceptance tests, and ensuring delivery quality;
• Managing and prioritizing requests related to application corrections and enhancements;
• Providing level 2 support when requests require business expertise or non-standard resolution paths;
• Maintaining up-to-date documentation for both business processes and technical components.
