About the Work Lead high-impact business analysis, process modernization, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement for U.S. Government mission organizations. Your Duties * Provide senior program and project management support, including strategic plans, policies, and SOPs. * Lead process improvement and re-engineering efforts across business and mission support functions. * Develop executive-level briefings, talking points, metrics, and recommendations. * Advise senior leaders and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders. Required Skills and Experience * TS/SCI security clearance and U.S. citizenship. * 10 to 15+ years of relevant experience in program management, GEOINT or IC operations, or cross-functional business analysis. * Strong leadership, strategic communication, analytical, and program management skills. * Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and data visualization or reporting tools.
