You will be playing a key role in shaping business processes and systems using the ServiceNow platform, acting as the bridge between our academic/administrative units and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Deliver Solutions: Develop ServiceNow-based solutions aligned with institutional goals; manage implementation and customization.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Act as a bridge between technical teams and departments; ensure clear communication and reporting.
  • Optimize Processes: Redesign workflows for efficiency and sustainability within the platform.
  • Leverage Data: Create dashboards, monitor KPIs, and support data-informed decision-making.
  • Ensure Quality: Oversee testing procedures to validate business requirements.
  • Promote Knowledge Sharing: Encourage collaboration and stay current with industry trends and platform updates.
