Business Analyst – Transformation & Change

Hybrid – 4 Days work from home

$150-160k Plus super, mobile & Laptop

We’re partnering with an enterprise organisation on an exciting opportunity in the EdTech Space, for a Business Analyst to work across business transformation, organisational change and improvement initiatives.

This is not a traditional IT BA role. The focus is firmly on the business — understanding how things work today, identifying what needs to change and helping the organisation successfully move to a better way of working.

You’ll work across a range of transformation initiatives, partnering with senior stakeholders and business teams to understand challenges, design future-state processes and drive change through to implementation.

This is a unique role for someone who thrives in a small, high-impact team, enjoys driving change and can execute independently.

• What You’ll DoLead business analysis across transformation and organisational change initiatives
• Understand current-state processes, identify issues and design practical future-state solutions
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges and impacts
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder discussions
• Map processes, identify gaps and develop clear business requirements and documentation
• Assess change impacts across people, processes, roles and operating models
• Support implementation, business readiness, UAT and successful adoption
• Work through resistance to change and bring challenging stakeholders along the journey
• Identify opportunities to simplify, improve and create more effective ways of working
• About YouProven experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, Business Improvement Analyst or similar
• Strong experience delivering business transformation, organisational change or process improvement projects – essential
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Confident dealing with challenging stakeholders and resistance to change
• Able to influence, challenge and bring people with you
• Strong process analysis and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and turning complex business problems into practical solutions
• Highly organised, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a small team where you will have significant ownership and influence

Industry Experience

Experience delivering business or technology solutions within Tech, EdTech, FinTech, MedTech, Education or another regulated industry would be highly desirable.

IT experience is not essential, although exposure to technology projects or working closely with technology teams would be a plus.
