As a Business Analyst working within the Commercial space, your primary focus will be on Shawbrook’s strategic digital agenda, process improvement, and efficiencies.
Your main responsibility will be to analyse and assess the current processes and systems in place, identifying areas for improvement. You will work closely with various teams including Business Analysts, Product Management, Product Design, Data, Technology, Operations, Risk, and other key stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions that enhance the customer and colleague journeys.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a collaborative team player with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. You’ll interact with different teams across the organization, including Product, Operations, Risk, and the Chief Technology Office (CTO). Your ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with these stakeholders will be crucial in implementing optimal solutions.
Being a self-starter with a strong sense of personal responsibility and delivery is also important. You should proactively take ownership of your work and drive it forward, ensuring that projects and initiatives are completed successfully.
