Business Analyst – Financial Services Location: Sheffield (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Business Consulting | Type: Permanent Translate complex banking challenges into clear, actionable solutions that deliver measurable value. The Role Capco is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Business Consulting practice in Sheffield. You will support the delivery of strategic change initiatives across Banking & Payments clients, working at the intersection of business and technology. You will partner with stakeholders to define requirements, analyse processes, and shape solutions that align to client objectives. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale transformation programmes while developing deep Financial Services expertise.
