The best hotels run on Shiji - day and night. Job Description Job Mission: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Global Services PMO team. This role is responsible for designing and maintaining robust data governance frameworks, developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering actionable insights that drive operational excellence. By synthesizing complex data from multiple business units, the Analyst ensures leadership has clear, timely, and accurate information to guide strategy and optimize performance. The ideal candidate will champion best practices in data management, foster collaboration across teams, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities in a dynamic, international environment. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset with a natural curiosity for how current systems and reporting can evolve to meet Shiji’s Strategic Goals. They will apply technical skills and data evaluation to mandate business and operational requirements. They will design and implement process that maximize our tools and resources for the best outcomes. And finally they will be eager to share ideas and findings that contribute to the overall health of the business. Key Responsibilities KPI Tracking & Strategic Insights Design, implement, and maintain global KPI frameworks for Sales, Operations, and Support, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead the monthly and quarterly KPI reporting process, delivering clear, actionable insights to executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Analyze KPI trends to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for strategic improvement across global business units. Develop and automate dashboards and visualizations that communicate performance metrics and business health. Collaborate with stakeholders to define, refine, and evolve KPI definitions and measurement methodologies. Present strategic insights and recommendations based on KPI analysis to drive data-informed decision-making at all levels of the organization. Support data-driven decision-making through research, modeling, and scenario analysis. Business Intelligence & Data Strategy Partner with business leaders to translate strategic goals into measurable KPIs and reporting requirements. Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all reporting platforms. Continuously evaluate and improve BI tools, processes, and methodologies to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency. Stakeholder Collaboration & Support Collaborate with sales, operations, and support teams to ensure business alignment. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into system and process requirements. Support change management efforts, including training and documentation for new processes and tools. Qualifications Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, business operations, or project management. Proficiency in Business & Data Systems (Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, Planview AdaptiveWork, Amazon S3, JIRA etc.) Strong analytical skills, with experience in data modeling, visualization, and process mapping. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment. Willing to be contactable on an on-call basis after-hours by mobile phone. Willing to travel locally and overseas when required Experience in the hospitality, SaaS technology, and/ or professional services industry is a plus. Additional Information Interested?
