BUSINESS ANALYST Introduction about the Organization Elval is the aluminium rolling division of ElvalHalcor S.A. Elval offers reliable, innovative and competitive solutions that meet the most demanding requirements of global customers. With years of experience in aluminium rolling division, it is one of the most important aluminium industries in the European and international markets. We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the digital transformation of our Logistics Department. The role involves analyzing existing processes, designing optimized workflows, documenting procedures, and collaborating with Internal Audit to ensure compliance. Ideal candidates have a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and an interest in modern digital solutions for supply chain & logistics operations. Key Accountabilities Perform detailed documentation of all asis processes, including communication flows, handoff points, and data exchanges Assist in shaping tobe processes leveraging modern digital tools to optimize efficiency and accuracy Highlight potential risks, communicate with Internal Audit, and monitor corrective actions Participate in meetings with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment on project goals Contribute to documentation, tracking of deliverables, and general support for digital transformation initiatives Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related field Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field will be considered as a plus Previous experience in business analysis, supply chain, logistics, or related areas Excellent command of English language Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) Basic understanding of ERP systems and supply chain processes Prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., SAP eWM) will be considered as a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams About the benefits Our Company provides a dynamic working environment, in which cooperation and continuous learning are encouraged and career development relates to performance.
