HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

• As a member of the Operational Excellence department, conduct process mapping and analysis for various business functions, involving relevant departments.
• Collect, analyze and specify stakeholder requirements.
• Identify pain points, propose process improvements, and implement changes.
• Lead and facilitate workshops focused on business process enhancements.
• Independently execute smaller LowCode development tasks.
• Ensure accurate documentation of detailed procedures and working instruction for the improved processes.
• Manage complex process improvement projects in collaboration with the Process Automation team and user departments.
• Lead and support the implementation of 5S (6S) in the office area.
