PURPOSE
The Business Analyst identifies and understands business issues and processes, translating them into clear, functional requirements. This role serves as a functional subject matter expert for both development and customer-facing teams.
The Business Analyst defines and documents customer needs, provides comprehensive test cases, and oversees thorough testing in line with SITA’s business processes. They validate and refine customer requirements by ensuring delivered solutions meet the required functionality, leading user acceptance testing, managing customer change requests, and helping customers optimize their processes through effective use of SITA’s applications.
