Description

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts / Subject Matter Experts (8+ years) with strong expertise in the Payments domain to join our team in the UAE. (Must be currently based in the UAE.) Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for payment systems. Collaborate with stakeholders, product, and technology teams to design effective payment solutions. Work on FTS, SWIFT, WPS, Payment Hub systems and ensure smooth implementation. Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, providing domain expertise and solution guidance. Support testing, validation, and production rollout of payment-related projects. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / SME in Payments. Strong hands-on knowledge of FTS, SWIFT, WPS, Payment Hub. Proven experience in banking/financial services environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Must be currently based in the UAE.
