Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing sales, marketing, and client success operations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze business requirements, and drive projects to successful completion. Your expertise in systems such as Salesforce, Churnzero, and Northpass will be critical to achieving our organizational goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Operations:


    • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs, identify process improvements, and optimize sales workflows.

    • Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to enhance revenue generation.
    • Assist in developing sales strategies and forecasting.
    • Marketing Operations:


      • Work closely with the marketing team and marketing automation manager to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, lead management, and reporting.

      • Evaluate marketing performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend adjustments to improve ROI.
      • Support the implementation of marketing automation tools.
      • Client Success Operations:


        • Partner with the client success team to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

        • Analyze client feedback, identify pain points, and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
        • Monitor client success KPIs and contribute to client engagement strategies.
        • Project Management:


          • Lead cross-functional projects related to process optimization, system implementations, and product launches.

          • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
          • Coordinate project resources, manage risks, and ensure successful project execution.
          • Systems Expertise:


            • Proficiently navigate and configure systems such as Salesforce, Churnzero, and Northpass.

            • Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and maintain data integrity.
