As a Business Analyst with some Product Owner tasks, you will be the bridge between vision and reality – turning ideas into solutions that empower professionals and improve everyday life for people in need. What You’ll Do Dive deep into challenges within social care and healthcare, identifying and analysing stakeholder needs, business processes, and opportunities for improvement. Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic goals. Collaborate with passionate colleagues, customers, and development teams to design and deliver solutions that truly make a difference. Requirements Solid experience in requirements analysis, process design, and/or product ownership. Familiarity with digital solutions in healthcare or social care. Experience in agile environments and working with multidisciplinary teams. Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken. It's a bonus if you Experience using AI for requirements management, product discovery, or analysis. Knowledge of e-health or social care systems. Product Owner or Business Analyst certification.
