We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Claims Systems, development and Delivery team in Newcastle. The successful Business Analyst will be joining a small team of Project Managers, Developers and Testers to ensure the business outcome is fully considered in our ongoing programme of work.

• Define and create both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Produce and maintain requirement artefacts.
• Work with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Responsible for triaging all new internal change.
