Job Description We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will take on the Business Analyst role within an Agile team for the development of specific shopfloor/Manufacturing applications in the aerospace sector. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities Business needs analysis and workshop facilitation Ability to discuss with shopfloor people to understand specific requirements Definition and scoping of user needs and User Stories Writing functional specifications and consolidating existing functional specifications Writing test plans and participating in IT test execution Support for business testing Participation in continuous improvement Quality control of deliverables and their level of quality Qualifications Experience as a Business Analyst within a software development team Experience as a Business Analyst within shopfloor/Manufacturing applications Experience with Agile management tools (Jira) and AzureDevOps Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, aeronautical, computer science, or a related field Excellent technical and functional understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes in the aeronautical sector Strong adaptability skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine appreciation for teamwork Strong organizational skills Knowledge of digital technologies and their applications in the aerospace sector Understanding of aerospace industry regulations, standards, and best practices Languages English French is a plus Additional Information At Sopra Steria, we believe in rewarding your talent and supporting your growth.
