As a Business Analyst, you play a central role in helping our clients shape their digital transformation journey. You will analyze needs, define requirements, and ensure business and IT are perfectly aligned. You’ll work on diverse missions across sectors, tailoring your skills to each context and applying different modeling methodologies and techniques. You will collaborate closely with both business and technical teams, ensuring clarity, quality, and value at every step. Your main responsibilities include: Analyzing and documenting business needs, translating them into clear functional and technical requirements. Modeling business processes using BPMN, UML, and other relevant frameworks. Creating structured documentation such as use cases, data models, and test scenarios. Supporting Agile delivery through backlog management, user stories, and sprint planning. Facilitating communication between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure shared understanding. Continuously learning and applying new methodologies to improve business analysis practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of experience in IT consulting, software development, or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (especially Scrum). Experience with functional analysis techniques and testing strategies. Proficiency with JIRA or similar project tracking tools. Knowledge of relational databases and SQL, and familiarity with XML or other structured data formats. Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken). Nice to have: Understanding of DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.), CI/CD, or backend languages (Java, Python, .NET). Knowledge or experience in the financial, insurance, or public sector. Exposure to data-related projects, data analysis, or data modeling concepts.
