QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 4+ years of experience
• Strong understanding of SDLC and IT business analysis techniques
• Skilled in creating technical specifications and documentation
• Proficient in SQL and database management
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Experienced in process documentation and reporting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative
• Experience with government projects and CDAP certification is a plus
