WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Toyota’s Indirect Procurement Shared Services Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Business Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare TMNA and TFS spend data quarterly that our buyers rely on in their day-to-day functions. Spend data comes from various sources and it must be accumulated, normalized, and enhanced using business rules so that it can be properly classified and categorized and reported out to end users in a digestible format.
In addition to spend and other ad hoc reporting, this role will support automation initiatives to reduce waste from cumbersome manual processes as well as administrative functions as needed, such as setting up users in Tableau, scheduling workflows in Alteryx Gallery, etc.
Reporting to the Manager of Spend Analytics, the person in this role will support Indirect Procurement’s objective to optimize the value of our services to Toyota by providing information to IPSS teams and decision makers that they can use toward process optimization and cost reduction. More specifically, the successful candidate will develop efficient reporting processes and reports for IPSS users and create or support process automations to drive standardization and efficiencies.
